Okay, given that “dietary options” comment, Alice, I recommend slipping behind her and then start stabbing! The book is titled “To Serve Man” for a reason!
When we first saw her, she was creeping around with her minion after a baby. I think that would be the best way to get fresh DNA for her transformations. It’s wrong but this gal is clearly as evil as they come. Yeah, I doubt stabbing will hurt her much, but it might give an escape chance.
“Another world entirely”? Wow, I wasn’t expecting the living incarnation of an actual eldritch monstrosity from another world to show up in this comic. 😀
And strict diet? I guess our queen is a living testimony of the adage that “you are what you eat”? The only question that remains is, what is the nature of this “eating”…
… Though regardless of the answer, it’s probably NOT something Alice wants to have anything to do with. The knife is unlikely to change anything at this point… but may distract enough to attempt an escape. But how far can you really run from an eldritch monstrosity before it, uh, *she*, catches up to you?
I think we are seeing why her “husband” and her are at odds, she wishes to become human in her appearance, while he would view it as becoming “ugly” in his eyes.

Soylent Green is People.

Hmmm…. I can’t wait to find out if you are correct, Sir.

Let’s just hope that “Baby” picture is at 1:1 scale.
O.K., so less a family tree than a personal . . . progress report. Oy!
Like going to the gym religiously and sticking to on a protein diet!
In this case, it sounds more like going to the temple religiously and sticking to a … female(?) diet.
Sounds scary on every count.
She hinted earlier at her ladytarian diet
Exactly! So by … consuming? ingesting? assimilating? hybridizing with? … ladies, she’s becoming more and more lady-like.
Like I said, scary on every count. 😀
Very specific protein.
A steak knife versus Cthulhu. Good luck with that.
Luck doesn’t stand a chance.
A stabbing’s very distracting.
Interesting biology.
