Not sure about French but the Spanish version of “mwahahahahaha!” is “bruajajajajajaja!”, which probably transliterates as “brwakhakhakhakhakha!” into English.
Considering the phonetic differences between Spanish and French, I’d go for “bghwahahahahahaha!”, make sure to make a perfect French “r” (almost “gh”), else hard to tell.
