no. No. NO! Please, not the hiatus filler. Take the money instead. What, shall so much sparkling wit be wrought in vain? (faints)

Made slightly less infinite by replacing the panorama view that would taken forever with drawing boom sketches, eh. :/. Troglodyte to wizard lizard is funny.

      Yakumo says:

Nope. I don’t know what drawing boom sketches are either. :/ dang aauto correct.

      Wyvern says:

Ah, but is it a wizard lizard or a lizard wizard, Charlie? That’s an important distinction.

        Number 6 says:

She’s got it right. A Lizard Wizard would be a regualr wizard who only practices Lizard-related magic. Turns people into lizards, summons giant lizards, can talk to lizards, etc.

Where can I get a square pencil with a square lead?

Everyone’s a critic! Drawing dinosaurs and wizard lizards isn’t as easy as it looks!

If Chapter 2 (66 pages) is the infinite chapter, and the Prologue had 84 pages, does that mean you’ve discovered a number greater than infinity? 🙂

    • mvandinter says:

The Prologue has 84 story pages, but there are 5 chapters (called Part 1, Part 2, etc.), each of which has a title page, plus a few extra pages here and there. (Note: There are actually 7 Parts of the Prologue written, but only 5 were completed.)

The current chapters were intended to be included a printed Volume One book. The story page numbering doesn’t restart for each chapter, so Chapter 2 is actually 29 pages if you include the chapter title.

        Number 6 says:

Aha! I see! I have been befuddled by a devious page numbering scheme! 🙂

But now I am intrigued by what might have been in the Prologue’s two mysterious “Lost Chapters”?!?! You can’t just tease us like that – We must know! 😮

        • mvandinter says:

As for the “Lost Chapters” of the Prologue:
          1. A whaling ship encounters a sea monster as backstory for another character who appears later in the story. (very dramatic)
          2. Roddy visits his father, The Earl of Farthing, at his London gentleman’s club. (mostly comical)

            Number 6 says:

Ah yes, the old fellow with the harpoon, I recall seeing him in the “future characters” preview. I suppose we could still get his chapter as a narrated flashback when we first meet him, perhaps in an abbreviated form.

But what about the lost Everybody Loves Roderick TV show pilot? How are we going to get by without that missing slice from the life of everybody’s favorite conniving little weasel? Neither of those two characters is around to narrate it. Surely there moust be some solution to this horrible dilemma!

    • mvandinter says:

Chapter 2 only seemed “infinite” to me because of the hiatus .

A Monster Hunt! A Monster Hunt!

    Now where’s my blunderbuss?

I would just like to take this moment to say…

    SUMMER VACATION!!!! WOOO HOOOOO!!!
the only perk that comes from having a job that only pays you for 9 months of the year…..
